Meet Bella, a shelter dog who had a very r0ugh life in the past. The poor dog spent most of her life in a small kennel at a shelter in Romania. She had fleas and issues with her spleen, liver as a result of being untreated. Also, she was not allowed to go outside and interact with humans. So, she didn’t know what it felt like to be touched or cuddled. She is clearly just wanted somebody to love her, writes mylastpenny.
Thankfully, rescue group Howl of A Dog stepped to save her in right in time. As they were on her way to the veterinarian, she placed her head on a rescuer’s lap and promptly fell asleep. She was so exhausted but seemed to know she was finally safe in good hands. If Howl of A Dog hadn’t come, Bella might have spent her whole life in the shelter.
“She was so trusting and relieved to be finally saved. She didn’t care about anything else, only wanted to take a nap in someone’s arms” her rescuer wrote. “She seemed to have instantly understood that she was being rescued and that she’s safe.”
Her veterinary appointment went well and she was given the help that she needed. The vet gave her supplements for her spleen and liver. She also got to enjoy a medicated bath that helped get rid of her fleas and reduced her itchiness.
Finally, she found a safe place where she can relax and be loved. We’re so glad Bella has found such a wonderful group of people to help her! Thanks to rescuers, Bella was saved from a terrible situation and will be much happier now.
Howl Of A Dog later shared an update saying that Bella had been adopted and now he is living a happy life.
