Complying With Hurricane Ida, the Louisiana SPCA asked for the Humane Rescue Alliance to help with catastrophe relief initiatives in New Orleans following Hurricane Ida.
The team invested their time aiding with pet control calls. While doing so, they were waved down by a concerned citizen who guided them to a canine that was entrapped under a flattened shed that had been damaged during the Hurricane.
They interacted to assist obtain the pet, Bubbles, totally free. As they were doing this, they realised that he was chained up and entangled by particles from the storm.
